- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store full card details

We share your data with the following trusted third-party services, only to the extent necessary to operate our business:

- Formspree — processes booking form submissions and sends them to our inbox
- Stripe — processes payments securely
- Email providers (Google Workspace, Microsoft, etc.) — for receiving and sending emails
- Our accountant — for tax and bookkeeping purposes (data shared only as legally required)

We may also disclose your data if legally required (e.g. court order, regulatory request).
How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as is necessary:
- Active bookings & client records: for the duration of our working relationship
- Financial records (invoices, payments): 6 years, as required by HMRC
- Booking enquiries that didn't result in a booking: deleted after 12 months
- Email correspondence: retained as long as relevant for the relationship
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable
- Restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
- Object to processing for direct marketing or based on legitimate interests

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Booking and payment data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Our payment processor (Stripe) is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store credit card details on our own systems.
However, no online service is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security and you share information with us at your own risk.
Children's data
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on the website.
